Most clients train 3-4 times per week for 45-60 minutes. We’ll design your program around your calendar and access to equipment so it’s realistic and sustainable.

Do I need access to a full gym?

No. A commercial gym is helpful, but we routinely design effective programs with limited equipment, home setups, or hotel gyms. Your plan is built around what you actually have.

What results can I expect?

Is this appropriate if I have old injuries?

Yes. More than that - it is advisable to follow Skribans Strength System to become resilient to not only recover but also become resilinet from potential future injuries We’ll assess your training history, current limitations, and any guidance from your medical providers. Programs are modified to respect old injuries while still progressing capacity.
